Long overdue picture update today! There have been so many fun things to do around Kino these days. We checked out the roller coaster projects that students in 5/6R worked so hard on. We had a guest speaker and presentation of Goalball! Players are blindfolded and must listen for the bell inside the ball. The highlight was probably watching the teachers attempt to play. Their favourite part was that the audience had to be silent! Of course, Halloween was the highlight. So many cool costumes and sweet treats! Thank you to everyone who sent in snacks for others, their own kiddos, and all that you do to make Halloween so fun and special. The Grade Fours loved their shot at the Zombie Apocalypse. We even had some survivors in the class! It has been a long, busy week. We wrapped it up in 2B playing games and building with Lego, just playing with and getting to know our Grade 2 buddies better. I am thankful for such kind and fun students that I get to share every day with! November, here we come!
